She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Bell and Harmon Smith, Jr.; her granddaughter Faith Phillips; her siblings, Beulah Hannah, Lillie Bell Gregg, Edward Thomas and Harmon Smith, III; her love Charlie Keyes; and her sister-in-law Francis Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Shanda Smith and Efrain Thomas; her grandchildren, Lamont, Lakyia of Staten Island, Zyaire of New Jersey, Arnavia, Kh'aliyah, Kharlie and Khyla; her great grandchildren, Cannon, Kimora of Staten Island, Kaysen and Karsen of Bishopville; her siblings, Leon Smith of Easley, Mary Thomas of Brooklyn and Rosanna Smith of Far Rockaway; her aunts, Dorothy Bowers of Charlotte and Julia Carter of Marietta, Georgia; her sister-in-law Louise Thomas; and her niece Quinnesha Gregg. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
