It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Reynolds Gainey of Bethune, South Carolina, born in Timmonsville, South Carolina, who passed away on November 6, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Benjamin; and her husband Claude Gainey. She is survived by: her children, Mary Minnehan of Hartsville and Neal Gainey (Missy) of Bethune; and her grandchildren, Tabitha Minnehan, Cannon Gainey, Michael Gainey and Bryceson Gainey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
