He is survived by: his wife Eloise Huggins Blackmon; his children, Deborah Blackmon Jenkinson (Roger), Pamela Blackmon Hemphill (Frank) and Keith Dewitt Blackmon, Jr.; his grandchildren, Trey Hemphill (Cameron), Matthew Jenkinson, Elizabeth Wilson (Tyler) and Blake Jenkinson; and his nieces, Cindy Booth and Sharon Sturdivant.
