He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Nelson and Helen Murphy Couick; his wife Tammy Gardner Couick; his son Jamie Couick (Melissa); his grandchildren, Deanna, Case and Sarah; his siblings, Larry Couick (Deborah), Tim Couick and Cindy Wingate (Mike); his half-brother Scott Couick; and his close friend Sandy.
