He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Bannon Mooneyhan and Odelle Lyles Mooneyhan; his grandsons, Matthew Mooneyham and Taylor Mooneyham; and his siblings, Frank Mooneyhan, Sarah Gandy, Ann Register, Glenn Mooneyhan and Peggy Graham.

He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Roach Mooneyham; his children, Brenda McClintock (Willis) and Joey Mooneyham; his grandchildren, Courtney Doster (Jonathan), Anthony Mooneyham (Brianna) and Andrew Watts; his great grandchildren, Channing, Stella, Emmett, Kylie, Brian and Emma; and his brothers, Mickey Mooneyhan (Sammie) and Charles Mooneyhan (Janet).
