He was predeceased by: his father Bobby G. Forte; his brother Gene M. Forte; his grandparents, Harry, Minnie Hood, Allen and Elma H. Forte; and his pets, Toby and Tigee.
He is survived by: his parent Ithene "Tena" Hood Forte Easterling; his wife June Brown Forte; his children, Sean Forte (Jaime) and Brandee Forte Gibson (Carl); his siblings, David Forte of Oxford, NC and Debra Forte-Ford of Moncks Corner; his nieces and nephews, Dewey Ford, Ryan Ford, Troy Forte, Josh Forte, Jennifer Forte, Mallory Forte Nickerson, Amy Forte and Amber Ford Neville; his friends, Gunner and Dixie; and his pet Gabe.
