It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelby Deese Jacobs (Bennettsville, South Carolina), who passed away on January 28, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Slocum Deese and Bessie Driggers Deese; her daughter Michelle Jacobs; and her siblings, Neal Archie Deese, Joseph Deese, Bobby Deese, Mackie Deese and Evelyn Elder.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jackie Deese (Lillian) of McColl and Margaret Rodriguez of Seattle, WA; and her grandson Raul Franco of California. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
