She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Thomas and Annie Lou Gray Nolan; her siblings, W. L. Nolan, Glen Nolan, James Rufus Nolan and Maureen Nolan Whitley; her grandsons, Thomas Madison Edwards and Eric Blue; and her close friends, Brantley Parrish and Bob Prigg.
She is survived by: her children, Mitchel Blue (Donna) of Gibson, NC, Tim Blue (Trish) of Florence, SC and Lynda Blue Edwards (Van) of Bennettsville, SC; her sister Jean Nolan Capps of Hamlet, NC; her grandsons, Trey Edwards (Kelly) and Timothy Blue; her granddaughter-in-law Samantha Blue; and her great grandchildren, Rylan Blue, Jaxon Blue, JoJo Blue and Savannah Edwards.
