He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hayes Perkins; his children, Colby O'Neal (Tobae) of Columbia, SC and Chandler O'Neal of Bennettsville, SC; his siblings, David Perkins of Clio, SC, Sherwood Perkins of Bennettsville, SC, Susie Patterson (Mickey) of Bennettsville, Faye Nolan of Bennettsville, SC and Joyce Brown of Cheraw, SC; and his grandchildren, Bryce O'Neal, Emery O'Neal, Emmit O'Neal and Talon Pate.
