It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Armstrong (Bennettsville, South Carolina), born in Elberton, Georgia, who passed away on December 30, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Coy Greenway and Lorena Carter Greenway; her husband Samuel Armstrong; her nephew Bob Harvin Jr.; and her niece Jeannie Harvin Vuicich.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Greenway Harvin; her nieces and nephews, Larry Greenway (Monica), Randy Greenway (Dianna), Lynne Eaves (Mike), Suzanne Hand and Kathy Doughty (Mark); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mark Doughty Jr. (Kelli), Austin Doughty (Victoria), Samuel Eaves, Benjamin Eaves, Jeffrey Greenway (Cynthia), Chad Rice, Elizabeth Carter Alston, Greta Hand and Courtney Blume (Chris); and also, Landon Blume and Jada Bryant.
