She was predeceased by: her parents, John Neil and Elizabeth Chavis Steen; and her siblings, Bryant, Wes, Gene, James, Charles, Bruce, Bobbie Steen, Doris Kennedy, Helen Tilley, Mary Ann Moody and Peggy Watson.
She is survived by: her children, Jeff Outlaw (Heather) of Bolivia, NC and Jennifer Outlaw of Bennettsville; her siblings, Nell Byrd (Sonny) of McColl, SC and Gary Steen of Bennettsville; and her grandchildren, Zane Outlaw, Kali Crisco and Hampton Outlaw. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
