We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2024, at the age of 98, John F Thompson (Bennettsville, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Frank and Florence McLean Thompson; his wife Luna Hayes Thompson; and his siblings, Clara Newhouse, Dorothy Thompson and Eugene Thompson.
He is survived by: his daughter Shirley Stone; his grandson Cam Stone (Cindy); his great grandchild Hayden Stone; his sister Marjorie Rowe; his sister-in-law Magilee Thompson; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and several friends.
