He is survived by: his wife Kathryn P Jackson; his daughters, Emily J Hines (Jonathan) of Charlotte and Elizabeth J Fazenbaker (Jonathon) of Fuquay Varina; and his grandchildren, Thomas Michael Hines, Madeline Grace Fazenbaker and Emma Jackson Hines.
