She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pevey and Annie Grooms Pevey; her husband Daniel; and her siblings, Ricky Pevey, Henry Pevey, George Pevey, James Allen Pevey, Christine Barrington and Judith Elaine Kinard.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Walters of Bennettsville, Evelyn Walters of Bennettsville, Sharon Shropshire (Roy) of Cameron, NC and Carrole "Angel" Rivers (Steve) of Bennettsville; her brother Thomas Reece Pevey (Ginger) of Bennettsville; her grandchildren, Heather Lee, Brittany Lee, Brandon Lee, Davan Rivers and Erick Price; and her great grandchildren, Rashaun McCadney, Nevaeh Lee, Elijah Lee, Adelyn Lee, Jaxon Lee, Carlson Lee, Brantley Lee, Landon Lee, Bryson Lee and Hunter Lee. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
