She was predeceased by: her parents, James Delton Hayes and Annie Mae Hayes Peacock; her husband William Gene Kimrey; and her brother Milton Hayes. She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie K. Holder (John) of Rockingham, NC and Sharon K. Polson (Kenny) of Bennettsville; her siblings, Tommy Hayes (Patricia) of Bennettsville, John Hayes (Sue) of Blenheim, Jean Jackson of Bennettsville, Linda Leviner of Bennettsville, Marie Powell of Blenheim and Janice Munnerlyn (Jerry) of Blenheim; her grandchildren, Heather Covington, Chelsey Haire (Tiffany), Elizabeth Caulder (Austin), Heather Webb (Chris) and Cody Holder (Courtney); and her great grandchildren, Adan King, Camden Webb, Ensley Webb, Taylan Vance and Everleigh Holder. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Helen's honor to the Scotland Memorial Foundation 500 Lauchwood Drive Laurinburg, NC 28352.
