She was predeceased by: her parents, George Albert and Bessie Lee McLain Bailey; and her brother Charles Albert Bailey. She is survived by: her children, Charles Byrd IV (Donna) of Wallace, SC, Larry Norton, Jr. (Delisa) of Wallace, SC, Tammy Hayes (Matt) of Little River, SC, David Norton (Hope) of McColl, SC and Amanda Godwin (Bradford) of Parkton, NC; and her sisters, Martha Ann Sellers of Darlington, SC and Joyce Ann Britt of Bennettsville, SC. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; thirty one great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
