He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Hucks and Carrie Pruitt Hucks; his wife Lydia Zeagler; and his siblings, Jimmy Hucks, Dottie Hucks Dowdy and Jean Hucks.
He is survived by: his sister Dorothy House (Craig) of Gaffney, SC; his niece Tammy Figueiredo (Carlos) of Blenheim; his nephews, Cody Figueiredo (Michelle) of West Hartford, CT and Jake Figueiredo of Middletown, CT; and his granddaughter Leilani Zeagler of Lexington.
