We are sad to announce that on July 23, 2024, at the age of 81, Fred Allen Wright (Bennettsville, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Hattie Altizer Gardner; and his sisters, Rose Ellen "Tootsie" Burke and Shirley Jean Bateman. He is survived by: his wife Loraine Jacobs Wright; his daughters, Stacey Herndon (Jamie) and Jennifer Jacobs (Nicky); his sister Beulah "Bootsie" Mitchell; and his grandchildren, Chandler Jacob Herndon, Jett Allen Herndon (Autumn), Trey Herndon, Kameron Herndon, Berkeley Jacobs, Beckham Jacobs and Bowdrey Jacobs.
