He is survived by: his pets, Caleb and Jacob; his wife Vickie Fields Stanton; his sons, Douglas Stanton, Jr. (Jackie) and Eric Stanton (Theresa); his siblings, Phillip Archer Stanton (Terry) and Gloria McLean; and his grandchildren, Melode Dugger (Michael), Mitchell Stanton, London Brianna Stanton and Logan Inman.
