He was predeceased by: his mother Ida Mae Strickland Herndon. He is survived by: his father Prentiss Harold Herndon, Sr. of Bennettsville; his siblings, Prentiss Harold Herndon, Jr. (Angel K.) of Effingham, Bobbie Jo Herndon of McColl and Linda Kay Haithcock (Justin) of Bennettsville; his niece Bridgett Kubas (Brad); his nephews, Zackary Quick and Trussie Herndon; his great-nieces, Bria Kubas and Britton Kubas; and his great-nephew Briggs Kubas.
