He was predeceased by: his father Douglas Freeman; and his siblings, Richard Freeman, Gilbert Freeman, Lester Freeman and Betty Lou Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Doris P. Freeman; his daughters, Lisa Annette Freeman of Bennettsville and Tabatha Freeman Strickland (Eric) of Bennettsville; his brothers, Terrell Freeman (Doris) of Matthews, NC and Douglas Ray Freeman (Shirley) of Florence, SC; his grandchildren, Mandy Rodgers (Colin), Amy Freeman, Brandy Driggers (Lincoln) and Taylor Parker; and his great grandchildren, Caden Driggers, Alexis Parker, Kaylyn Driggers and Breelyn Parker.
