He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Graham, Sr.; and his brother Ralph Graham, Jr. (Billy). He is survived by: his mother Ila Lee Mumford Graham; his wife Lois Sessoms Graham; his sons, Scott Oxendine (Amy) of McColl, Kevin Graham of Bennettsville and Ben Graham (Teresa) of Garner, NC; and his sisters, Phyllis Williams of Bennettsville and Teresa Roller (Dale) of Dunbar. He is also survived by three grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Billy's honor to the Bennettsville Wesleyan Church 206 Wiltshire Drive Bennettsville, SC 29512.
