He was predeceased by: his father Nicodemus E. Cooley; his son Neil Patrick Cooley; and his grandson Jeffrey Todd Cooley. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Cooley (Karen) of Belton, Denise C. Hamby (Derek) of Belton and Jeff Cooley of Belton; his sister Virginia King; and his grandchildren, Chrissy Rutledge (Paul), Christopher Cooley, Ta'sha Fuller, Jessica Cooley, Brandon Cooley and Amber Acuff. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
