He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Shirley Mullinax Shirley; his parents, William "Bud" Shirley and Bernice McGill Shirley; his son Clayton Shirley (Brittany) of Honea Path; his sisters, Susie Shirley (Stan) of Belton and Angie Shirley of Belton; his grandfather Clayton McGill of Belton; his granddaughters, Lucy and Charlotte Shirley; his niece Tracy Mullinax; his great-nephew Cody Mullinax; and his grandmother Mary McGill.
