He is survived by: his children, Randy Rutledge (Carol) of Belton, Terry Rutledge, Kenneth Rutledge (Cindy) of Belton, Anita McCurry (William) of Abbeville and Denise Rutledge of Jackson, GA; and his sisters, Elizabeth Wilson and Gladys Roach.
