He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Powell Keown; and his children, William Fred Jr. Keown (Gail) of Pawley's Island, Russell Keown (Ashley) of Columbia, Joel Keown (Dora) of Honea Path, Bradley Keown (Susan) of Honea Path, Paul Keown (Lisa) of Belton, David Keown (Ashley) of Honea Path, Alicia Keown of Belton, Kim Smith (Jay) of Belton, Tammy Blackwell (Leonard) of Honea Path, Miriam Dove (Wesley) of Anderson, Julie Skelton (Mark) of Iva and Mary Catherine Allen (Bob) of Belton.
