It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Hawkins (Belton, South Carolina), born in Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on February 6, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Prue F. Hawkins and Lula Shaw Hawkins; his wife Marie; his daughter Rose Marie; his daughter-in-law Marchel J. Hawkins (Rick); and his brothers, Doug Hawkins, Marshall Hawkins and Alvin Hawkins.
He is survived by: his sons, William R. "Rick" Hawkins of Little Mountain and Kim E. Hawkins (Antoinette) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Mary Helen Hawkins, Stuart Hawkins, Kristen Hilbish (Austin) and Joshua Hawkins; his great grandchild Starr Hawkins; and his brother Alfred Hawkins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
