He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Oliver Sr. and Maggie McKee Bratcher; his sons, Greg Bratcher (Cynthia) of Belton and Stewart Bratcher of Clemson; and his grandchildren, Water Oliver Bratcher III, Stewart Andrew Bratcher, Mabry Emileigh Bratcher and Crystal Bratcher Grajcar.
