With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Valeta J Mahurin of Belton, South Carolina, born in Clinton, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 15, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Jackson Kitchens and Nola Inez Bolding. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Ray Mahurin, Darla J. Spearman, Stevie Mahurin, Donelda "Dee" Mahurin and Jerry Mahurin; her brother Joe Howard Kitchens; and her close friend Jimmy Brown. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
