He was predeceased by: his parent Waymon Bell; and his grandson Patrick Browning. He is survived by: his parent Ruth Stone Alewine; his daughters, Martha Browning (Erwin) of Williamston and Sheila Sears (Paul) of Anderson; and his grandchildren, Alexis Sears, Elyse Browning and Michael Browning.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Beech Springs Church, Rainey Hospice House, or Caris Hospice.
