We are sad to announce that on September 6, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Sylvia Kelly of Belton, South Carolina, born in Anderson, South Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cox and Annie Moore Cox; and her sister Annette Peterson Trammell. She is survived by: her children, Leslie Marvin "Hawk" Kelly (Barbara) of Honea Path, Melody Yvette Dorsey (Frank) of Belton, Curtis Brian Kelly (Karen) of Honea Path, Tonya Deane Kelly (Trampis) of Anderson, Tina Lorraine Martin (Dave) of Honea Path and Marlon "Mutt" Kelly (Vickie) of Belton; and her siblings, Joan Jones (Ed) and Clint Cox (Patsy). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
