She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Jim" Parker and Molly Cagel Parker; her son David Charles McNeil; and her siblings, Cora Lee Gibson, Opal Green and James Parker.
She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Karen McNeil Atkinson of Cedar Mountain, NC and Chad McNeil (Ronda) of Land; her sister Ruth Dennis; and her grandchildren, Justin David Bradley, Randall James McNeil (Yoko), Sara Elizabeth Bradley and Ian Mitchell McNeil.
