She was predeceased by: her parents, Joel Wesley and Lila Marie Bell Ellison; and her brothers, Marvin Ellison and Robert Ellison. She is survived by: her husband David Odell Kay; her daughter Tammy Slawson Davis (Keith) of Woodruff; her stepsons, Eddie Kay of Honea Path, Ronny Kay of Honea Path, Michael Houck of Fleming, GA and Todd Houck of Hartsville, SC; her brothers, Tommy Ellison of Belton and Milton Ellison of Belton; her grandchildren, Ashley Davis and Carley Wade (Andrew); and her great grandchildren, Hayley Wade and Maverick Wade.
