He is survived by: his spouse Carolyn Grant Collier; his parent Georgia Mildred Gilly Collier; his children, Roy Collier, Jr. (Trisha) of Fortson, GA and Debra of Fortson, GA; his brothers, Bill Collier and Sylvan Collier (Sue); and his grandchildren, Matthew Bryant, Christopher Bryant, Alexander Bryant, Parker Frost, Makenzie Frost and Madison Frost.
