He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Houston and Peggy Farmer Kelly; and his sister Donna Kay Hipp. He is survived by: his daughters, Billie Jo Russell of Honea Path and Julie Ann Kelly of Belton; his grandchildren, Alisha Russell and Kayden Kelly; his siblings, Rhonda Hill and Mike Kelly; and his stepsiblings, Debra Johnson, Tona George, Patricia Shelley, Janice Tsangarides, Rachel Winker and Lee Tucker.
