He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Joe and Betty Jo Patton Driver; and his stepson Scotty Ray Lance, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Cory Andrew Driver of Iva and Kelsey Desiree Driver of Starr; his stepdaughter Melissa Diane Bell (Kevin) of Anderson; his sisters, Donna Frady and Rebecca Jones; and his grandchildren, Hunter Payne, Alaina Payne, Bethany Nicole Lance, Troy Anthony Lee Pierce and Trey Scott O'Bryant.
