He was predeceased by: his wives, Jo Ann Phillips and Alice Cole Williams; his parents, Ethel James and Mary Burton Williams; his daughter Terese Browning; his siblings, Frank Williams, Helen Whitfield, Etrulia McClain, Hazel Campbell, Mary Banister and Nancy Williams; and his granddaughter Ashley Darby.
He is survived by: his children, Steve Williams (Trish) of Belton, Timothy Williams (Renee) of Anderson, Jenny Williams of West Columbia, Sandra Goode of Belton and Susan Grigg (Danny) of Indian Trail, NC; and his siblings, Kenneth Williams, Leroy Williams, Shelby Williams, Joyce Dodgens and Martha Human. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; 4 Step children, several step grand and step great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church Belton.
