She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. William Haynie Epps; her parents, J. B. Waters and Maggie Alewine Waters; and her brothers, J. W. Waters and Allen Waters.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Epps Kanipe (Terry) of Belton, Angela Epps Gregory (Sam) of Belton and Christy Epps Friar (Dwayne) of Honea Path; and her grandchildren, Joshua Kanipe, Jessica Cromier (Max), Megan Kanipe, Willie Kanipe (Danielle), Brittany Walker (Breanna), Jacob Kanipe, Katelyn Friar, Noah Kanipe, Justin Gregory (Wendy) and Ashley Morris. She is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cox Funeral Home (201 River St, Belton, SC 29627). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
