He is survived by: his wife Betty Johnson Levy; his children, Tracey Long (Jason) of Belton, John Lackey (Beth) of Belton, David Levy of Belton and James Levy (Brittany) of Greenville; his siblings, Robbie Crump (Robert), Donna Rape (Mark), Rudeen Levy and Jeffery Levy; and his grandchildren, Michael Levy, Abby Lackey, Alex Lackey, Avah Lackey, Anna Lackey, Brady Long (Danielle) and Whitney Motes (Evan).
