He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Humphry and Ettra Manley Webb. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Webb Jr. (Lorraine) of Easley and Pamela Worthy (Shon) of Pelzer; his grandchildren, Morgan Young (Steven), Stephanie Williams (Zack) and Cody Pilgrim (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Hadley Young, Holland Young, Allie Pilgrim and Harvey Pilgrim; and his sister Lona Hogg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
