She was predeceased by: her husband Bradford Duncan; her parents, Ernest Ballard and Beulah Smith Ballard; and her sister Jearllene Scott. She is survived by: her siblings, Stanley Ballard of Belton, Clara Fleming (Tommy) of Belton and Betty Gwinn (Tom) of Honea Path; and her close friend Lori Griffin. She is also survived by four nephews; three nieces.
