She was predeceased by: her husband Jimmy N Hicks of Belton; her parents, Milbert Coker and Mary Anne Staggs Coker; and her siblings, James Coker, Buddy Coker, Doris Madden, Judy Coker and Elizabeth Coker Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Frankie Alewine of Belton, Nathan Alewine (Leighann) of Honea Path, Britt Alewine (Jennifer) of Williamston and Natalie Pepper (James) of Piedmont; her sister Kathy Hopkins (Jimmy) of Dixon, TX; her grandchildren, Logan Crawford (Jake), Bryson Alewine (Loren), Brady Alewine, Adam Dalton (Tabitha) and Yasmine Evans (Daniel); and her great grandchildren, Guy Crawford, Mason Dalton and Levi Dalton.
