He was predeceased by: his parents, Creswell Zachariah and Sallie Mae Kilby Crowe; his stepdaughter Alicia Penzo; and his siblings, Frances Adams, Jean Duncan, Martha Brown, Lewis and Johnny Crowe.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Crowe; his children, Tony H. Crowe (Gail) of Pelzer and Rhonda Smith (Mike) of Piedmont; his sisters, Linda Kelley of Six Mile and Ann Howard of Pickens; his grandchildren, Dustin Sheppard of Anderson, Dr. Ryan Crowe of Easley and Eric Crowe of Easley; and his stepgrandchildren, Spencer Smith of Piedmont, Stephanie Breve of Piedmont and Hannah Byce of Anderson. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
