She is survived by: her mother Patricia Lance Howell; her children, Brandon Nix (Kelsey), Dylan Mathews, Lance Nix and Kadie Meredith (Keith); her siblings, Mark Smith, Pam Webb and Denise Burroughs; and her grandchildren, Declan, Dalayna, Lakelyn and Grayden.
