He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Lamar and Debra Wooten Patrick. He is survived by: his children, Dylan Patrick of Honea Path, Levi Patrick of Fair Play, Kiarriah "Kiki" Baldwin of Pendleton, Samantha Patrick of Williamston, Tyler Haynes of Pelzer and Trey Patrick of Williamston; and his sister Christie Marie Patrick of Pendleton.
