He is survived by: his daughter Kristina Legier; his siblings, Dee Dee Miller and Noey Gonzalez; his grandchildren, Blair Legier and Cordillia Legier; his nephews, Jared Mullis, Mike Nance and Cj Gonzalez; and also Diane Beardslee Madero.
