It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joan Bowen Duncan of Belton, South Carolina, who passed away on June 19, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bennie Carl Duncan; her sons, Bennie Joe Duncan and John Edward Duncan; her parents, John Bowen and Julia Bowen; and her sisters, Nancy Couch and Betty Schiffer.

She is survived by: her son Donald B. Duncan (Margaret); her sister June Suddeth; and her grandchildren, Gary Duncan, Gidget Whitacre (Travis), Bobby Duncan (Carmen) and Shannon Duncan. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and two puppies.

Contributions in Joan's memory may be made to HomeBridge Hospice AAMC.
