He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Owens and Addie Spearman Owens Hill; and his brother Leroy Owens. He is survived by: his siblings, Edna Sue Page (James) of Belton and Jerry Mack Owens of Belton. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
