He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gary F Thomas and Bertha Cox Thomas; his children, Ann Fagg (Randy) of Belton, Janet Herd (Randy) of Madison Al, Betsy Sackett of Anderson, Jim Thomas (Dawn) of Buford Ga and Ted Thomas (Dottie) of Belton; his grandchildren, Amy, Andrew Herd (Monica), Amanda Herd and McKenzie Thomas; and his great grandchildren, Emily Standridge, Seth Standridge, Nathan Herd, Katelyn Herd and Megan Herd.
