He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmas Stallings and Ruby Thompson Stallings; his children, Kathy June Stallings Thomson and James Edward Stallings; and his brothers, William Truman Stallings and Darrell Stallings.
He is survived by: his son Russell Lynn Stallings of Belton; his siblings, Weldon Stallings of Honea Path, David Stallings (Ruby) of Honea Path and Marcelle Garrison (Leroy) of Fountain Inn; his son-in-law William R. "Bill" Thomson; his grandsons, Russell Thomson (Katie) of Florida and Jeremy Stallings (Stevi) of Greenwood; his great grandchildren, Hannah Kate, Elizabeth Rose, Caroline and Annie Thomson; his niece Joyce Landers; and his sister-in-law Jackie Davis.
